Local Media Visit

Every job is more interesting, when it is theoritical and practical way.We live in a world where there is an excess of theory and information which is difficult to absorb, so we need more practical activities in order to assimmilate it.

Yesterday was really special for us; because we could visit local media for broadcasting and the newspapers, we could get information on how they are working and what are the main advantages about them.

There was really great studio in the TV building, also they told us this channel is private; it is independent and free and they have qualified journalists. We were in two different newspapers. Neither of them are published everyday. One of them is conservative and the other one is more left-handed.

We have got really important information from them. Also they had their pages on social newspapers available for everyone.

One of them has special topics for school children.

To sum up, yesterday was one of the greatest day, since we got new information about local media.

Social- media is in the house!

We started our day with an energizer and then Nadiia, one of our trainers spoke about the most famous media tools that we are using nowadays: Google +, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter.

After that, we split into 4 groups and we worked on different topics: the 1st group had to bring arguments for using only traditional social-media; the 2nd for using only social-media; the 3rd for using both and the last one, none of them.

After lunch we moved on with our learning process. Press releases and post  releases aren't anymore  strange thing for us. We split into 3 groups and we discussed about  3 diffrent topics.

All the practical work helped us very much to know eachother better and create a good connection.

Over all it was a perfect day!!! :D
